1. What Digital renting is & What it is not?
Digital renting is a software system to handle rent agreement registration.It is incepted with a mision to smoothen the complex and time-consuming government process of rental agreement registration. It can be used on a monthly subscription model. Digital renting is founded with service-oriented architecture to make the process of rent agreement registration simple to manage for a large number of customers. Digital renting does not provide any help for lease related affairs, it only assists in leave and license agreements.

2.Digital renting hereby presents its responsibilities & non-responsibilities.
Digital renting is responsible for:

Integrity of 'mobile rental application' the tool or interface it offers. Reducing the complexity in time-consuming government process of housing rental registration. Security of your personal data Delivery of Leave & license agreement to the customer address Providing customer support Helpful points about leave and license agreement
Digital renting is not responsible for:
Any disputed property Any delay in execution of leave and license agreement by Registration offices. Incorrect data submission by end-user Unavailability of UID server

3. End-users are required to furnish following details at the time of registration through our web application. Respective owners and tenants name, address, age and occupation, PAN number of owners, address of renting property, Leave and License period, other relative terms & conditions Rent amount details and refundable or non-refundable deposits details. Finally, making an appropriate payment. Failing to do so, their registration with us will not get completed. Digital Renting will not contact the end user- owner or tenant for any reason. Contact numbers, email_id's of owners and tenants are not required to be submitted to Digital Renting in the web-application.

4.Cancellation and Refund Policy
If in case, you wish to cancel the order you are requested to contact your Relationship Manager

5.Communication Policy
a.By accepting the terms and conditions the customer accepts that Digital renting may send the alerts to the mobile phone number provided by the customer while registering for the service or to any such number replaced and informed by the customer. The customer acknowledges that the alerts will be received only if the mobile phone is in 'On' mode to receive the SMS. If the mobile phone is in 'off' mode then the customer may not get / get after delay any alerts sent during such period.
b. Digital renting will make best efforts to provide the service and it shall be deemed that the customer shall have received the information sent from Digital renting as an alert on the mobile phone number provided during the course of registration with our interface and Digital renting shall not be under any obligation to confirm the authenticity of the person(s) receiving the alert. The customer cannot hold Digital renting liable for non-availability of the service in any manner whatsoever.
c. The customer acknowledges that the SMS service provided by Digital renting is an additional facility provided for the customer's convenience and that it may be susceptible to error, omission and/ or inaccuracy. In the event the customer observes any error in the information provided in the alert, Digital renting shall be immediately informed about the same by the customer and Digital renting will make best possible efforts to rectify the error as early as possible. The customer shall not hold Digital rentingliable for any loss, damages, claim, expense including legal cost that may be incurred/ suffered by the customer on account of the SMS Ffacility.
d. The customer acknowledges that the clarity, readability, accuracy, and promptness of providing the service depend on many factors including the infrastructure, connectivity of the service provider. Digital renting shall not be responsible for any non-delivery, delayed delivery or distortion of the alert in any way whatsoever.
e. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Digital renting and the SMS service provider including its officials from any damages, claims, demands, proceedings, loss, cost, charges and expenses whatsoever including legal charges.
f. By accepting the terms and conditions the customer acknowledges and agrees that Digital renting may call the mobile phone number provided by the customer while registering for the service or to any such number replaced and informed by the customer, for the purpose of collecting feedback from the customer regarding their experience.
g. Grievances and claims related to Digital renting service or product should be reported to Digital renting support team as soon as possible.
